Changes to the number of participants:

  • Changes to the number of participants can be made free of charge a week before the event, when it can also be taken into account in the price.
  • Due to corona, quarantine or other force majeure health reasons, changes can be made the same morning at no cost. Of course, we hope that you will contact us as soon as possible in this case.
  • You can make a change by contacting the seller or customer service.

Rescheduling:

  • An event produced by Wasa Up can be rescheduled free of charge one week before the event. After that, we charge a €50 rearrangement fee.
  • Due to corona, quarantine or other force majeure health reasons, changes can be made the same morning at no cost. Of course, we hope that you will contact us as soon as possible in this case.
  • You can reschedule by contacting the seller or customer service.

Cancellation:

  • An event produced by Wasa Up can be canceled free of charge one week before the event, and after that with a €50 cancellation fee. For cancellations made within three days, we will also charge any costs incurred by us, which vary depending on the event and time.
  • Due to corona, quarantine or other force majeure health reasons, changes can be made the same morning at no cost. Of course, we hope that you will contact us as soon as possible in this case.
  • You can cancel the event by contacting the seller or customer service.

Catering and sauna reservations:

  • If you have ordered catering from us for your event event, the number of participants and portions must be confirmed/ordered no later than two weeks before the event.
  • Our partners who produce the catering or rent premises may invoice based on the costs caused by last-minute cancellations or transfers. So far, sauna cancellations have been free of charge when the reason has been corona. Catering invoices the costs of the ingredients already ordered, unless they are able to use them otherwise, as well as any work that has already been done.
  • Changes and orders can be made by contacting the seller or customer service.
  • If your booking includes sauna services, any purchases made on site will be billed according to usage.
