A yoga class consists of “asanas,” or poses, that improve mobility, where we hold some poses for longer periods and others for a shorter time. During the class, you will learn to use your breath as part of the practice and discover the ability to focus on the present moment.
The class always ends with a final relaxation, during which your body and mind can recover from the practice, either guided or in silence.
After the class, you will feel relaxed and any tension will be a thing of the past
