We dig into the physical aspect of yoga. The class content changes according to instructors. We can, for example, target fascias to gain more flexibility, do sets to build strength and mobility, or concentrate on different techniques of breathing in order to energize, cool down or relax your body. After the class you’ll feel mobile, vital and focused. Gives you also a little nudge to make those tough climbing routes more accessible!
