Nancy has years of experience with climbing as a part of her daily exercise. For her, climbing is a gentle way to train coordination, support muscles, and endurance, as well as to gain energy for everyday life.In Nancy’s classes, the focus is precisely on this – holistic body care and ensuring that everyone finds their own thing. We climb together, but at the same time, as individuals according to our own level.
