Most of us, especially office workers, need more than just stretching to stay healthy! Our Mobility activity focuses on the versatile mobility of the body using e.g. the principles of classical pilates and yoga. Depending on your needs we may also use equipment, such as kettlebells and weights. Mobility relaxes and strengthens the body, and you might even break a sweat. The instructor shows the movements by example all the time, and the participants do not need to have any previous experience in the aforementioned sports.
Each class is taught by a Wasa Up certified instructor, who’ll help to find the right level of challenge for each participant individually. The end result is a fun workout, exercises to do in your everyday life as well as new experiences together with your colleagues.
