The TYKY palette is an easy way to offer activities that suit everyone. Palettes are popular when the participants have various fitness levels and different needs. Some like high places, some prefer to exercise closer to the ground, some enjoy energetic activities, and some prefer more relaxed exercise.
The palette could also be described as a fitness buffet. You can combine as many activities as you like, from which the participants can choose what suits them best on the spot. In the palette, all sessions are organized as drop-in classes, making it easy for everyone to find enjoyable activities in the right amount – whether by participating in just one activity or everything available. The palette is also easy for the organizer, as you only need to decide on the number of participants and the activities to be offered in the palette. If the budget is tight, you can also book parallel Simple Simpel-yky sessions for the participants, but in that case, we need the number of participants for each session in advance.
Each group is guided by Wasa Up’s certified instructors, who ensure the right level of challenge is found for each participant individually. The end result is fun workouts and many shared successes with colleagues! We can tailor the package for small, tight-knit groups or large groups of dozens of participants.
