Spider Camp 2024

Spider Camp 2024 is a 5-day camp for 7-12 year olds, who are interested in climbing and OCR! No previous climbing experience is necessary. The multilingual camp introduces exercise and climbing through games and play. The camp runs from 10.6 – 14.6 with programs each day 9.00-15.00, including the following content:

•  food
•  safe climbing
•  climbing techniques and skills
•  games and play
•  exercises in mobility, balance, strength and coordination, as well as visual exercises and that build routes
•  quiet breaks with rest
•  in addition, with the help of videos and pictures, we familiarize ourselves with different climbing branches, climbing culture, places and climbers

•  instructions in Swedish, Finnish and English!

Climbing is an excellent discipline for children and their development. Besides being fun to climb, body control, problem solving and responsibility are trained. The program varies during the days; some days we focus more on mobility, while another more on technical execution and sometimes we relax. But we have fun all the time!

The price for the camp €219, includes food, entry, climbing equipment and instructors who lead and supervises. You can leave your child from 8.30 and collect no later than 15:00 The camp is for 7-12 yearlings.

To run the camp, a minimum of 10 participants is required.
