In this class you can test your obstacle skills and take on the challenge either alone or together with your friend!
Obstacle Course Challenge means that you have to do as many laps as you can in a certain time (30-40 min). The lesson as a whole looks like this:
15 min initial heat
30-40 min Obstacle Course Challenge
5 min Cooldown
The track consists of various obstacles:
hanging (monkey bars, rings, rope climbing, etc.) agility (crawling, ninja steps, net climbing, yili-ali, etc.) strength (farmers walk, etc.) precision and balance (throwing an object, balance walking, etc.)
The course is suitable for everyone, regardless of skill level. Certain obstacles have a difficulty level to choose from, either you cross the obstacle easily or you challenge yourself by taking a more difficult route.
