MOTION FLOW can be described as a mixture of gymnastics and yoga movements. It consists of building up step by step a routine of exercises that involves coordination (mental effort) and the whole body (physical effort). Using the mental effort distracts us from the physical effort and vice-versa, so they both help the strengthening of each other.
Motion Flow helps build strength, improve flexibility, provide you with better mobility and aid breath regulation. Coordination will allow you to understand your body better and control your movements. No equipment required. Sometimes we can also use exercise formulas such as tabata or pyramid training.
