Climbing Clinic

The Climbing Clinic is a class for climbing enthusiasts who want to progress as climbers. During the classes, we search for our own weaknesses, and train upward in a balanced way. In class, we practice techniques, coordination, motor skills, mental skills, and of course also physical attributes. We also recommend Yoga for Climbers and Climbing Workout. The aim is to develop comprehensively as a climber, and possibly to specialize in some sub-disciplines of climbing. You can jump in at any time.
