These classes improve your coordination and muscle condition, and at the same time
you get to test different training methods.
The classes focus on learning the basics for beginners but the exercises can be made
more difficult or with higher repetitions for physically stronger individuals.
The training methods are climbing, bodyweight training, obstacle course, and gym
training.
Goals are:
