Instructions for groups
These instructions should be distributed to all adult visitors, and all adults arriving at Wasa Up must read and accept the rules.
Before arrival

All adults must read and fill the rules form. It’s worth doing it in advance so you have more time for activities. We have a simplified form for kids, which is optional but recommended.
Supervisors of groups of children
Groups of children must come with their own responsible adult supervisor. As a rule, an adult is needed for every five children to maintain order, unless otherwise agreed.
Clothing
Wear indoor sportswear. Those booking an OCR activity need indoor sports shoes also. Climbers should wear pants or shorts so that they can wear a harness. You cannot climb in a skirt, for example. Climbing equipment and shoes are provided by Wasa Up.
Party and meeting room
If you have booked the party/meeting room, it’ll be free 15 minutes before the end of your activity. Unless you have ordered additional catering or cleaning, they are at the customer’s responsibility. The space should be clean no later than 15 minutes after the event.

Arrival
Outside opening hours, your instructor will be at the door at the agreed time. During opening hours, you can enter through the reception.
High anxiety?
While modern wall climbing is very safe, most experience anxiety in high places. That’s natural and healthy, and no one has to climb higher than they dare. Our climbing routes vary from 2 to 8 meters, and we have plenty of easy climbing suitable for beginners.
Bachelorette, stage due or adult parties?
You cannot climb intoxicated, and you must not drink your own alcoholic beverages on the premises. Those under the influence will be restricted to be audience. The instructor has the right to deny group entry or suspend the event without compensation if he or she deems it necessary for safety.
Need to leave fresh?
We have separate showers and changing rooms for women and men. You will need to bring your own towels unless you have ordered them separately. You can also book a sauna.

If the size of your group increases, you must notify us in advance. You can find the terms and conditions for transferring and canceling reservations here.
