Caroline Sparf

A trained masseuse, personal trainer and nutrition coach who likes to spend time upside down. Mobility, flexibility and functional body weight training are Caro’s gems, and she is further trained on the subject with numerous different coaches to be able to share her knowledge with others using different techniques. In addition to climbing and the occasional OCR gimmick, Caro’s main sport is pole dance, and the “flow movement” style of the dance inspires also mobility classes. The body is only as strong as it is versatile!
